3. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately after delivery.

6. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without providing a reason.

To qualify for this right:

The product must be unused;
It must be returned in its original condition and packaging;

8. Return Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.
